If you can love what you do, who you work with, and the clients that you do the work for, then we don’t feel like there has to be a sacrifice of “life” while at “work”. There’s no reason to have a case of the Mondays here. Our people define our culture (not a fancy office, benefits, or perks) and we love our people.

We love our HQ space in the heart of the River Market in Kansas City. We’d put our office and neighborhood up against any across the country. We’re proud of where many of us live and work. While many aren’t from KC originally and some work remote, we aren’t shy about sharing our love for VOLTAGE’s hometown and plenty of the hospitality, food, arts, and culture that Kansas City is known for.
